On Saturday, April 20, at 6pm, have your palette travel over 5,000 miles as we present a lavish five-course meal thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of exquisite wines from France for our Tour de France Winemaker’s Dinner at The Narrows Steakhouse.

April's blooming with sweetness! Celebrate National Pecan Month with our limited-edition Chocolate Pecan Pie served with a generous scoop of house-made vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of dark chocolate sauce. Available exclusively in April at The Cutwater on Payette Lake, The Narrows Steakhouse, and The Bar.
Monday – Burgers and Beers
Manic Monday turned into Monday-Funday with the introduction of Burgers & Beer. The Cutwater on Payette Lake serves this new special every Monday from 5–10pm. Choose from a line-up of gourmet burgers priced between $18 and $23, served with a choice of fries, sweet potato fries, tater tots, kettle chips, or mixed greens. The special includes a draft beer for $6. A kid’s menu will be available for our youngest guests, making it a family-friendly outing!
Tuesday – Dinner & A Movie
Calling all movie enthusiasts! Every Tuesday from 5-10pm, indulge in your favorite dish at The Cutwater on Payette Lake before settling into your plush seat at the Shore Lodge movie theater for a current blockbuster hit. Enjoy the best of both worlds – a delicious dinner and a captivating movie!
Wednesday – Kitchen Uncorked
We invite you to join us every Wednesday evening from 5-10pm at The Cutwater on Payette Lake for an exquisite three-course prix fixe dinner served with a sommelier-selected wine tasting, all for only $45*. This weekly special will offer a new menu to ensure you’re always discovering delicious new dishes. If you’re dining with kids, no worries – we have a special menu available upon request, making Kitchen Uncorked the perfect mid-week dinner outing for everyone.
